Born : She was born on May 19 in the year of 1982 in Dhaka.
Career : She showed sparks in acting in her early age. She was fond of dancing and acting. She learned Bangladeshi Modern and Classical dance, Bharatanatyam etc. She was a talented dancer. She won the first position in group dancing competition named Notun Kuri. This program was telecasted in Bangladesh Television (BTV). She started her career in media in the year of 1994 through the movie named Dukhai. This film was directed by Morshedul Islam. And after that, she acted in a film named Lalsalu, was directed by Tanvir Mokammel. Her acting was just brilliant in this film.
She had won National Film Awards in the category of Best supporting Actress for this film. But, she is well known for her dancing talent. She earned a good name in dancing as a Bangladeshi dancer over the world. She performed in the cultural program in Brunei Darussalam as Bangladeshi community,. It was 42nd Independence and National day in 2012 of that country. Except Bangladesh, she is a citizen of USA also. Every year she goes there. She also went to china for art festivals.
