Remuneration Package & Career Plan:
Management Trainee/Probationary Officer will receive monthly consolidated remuneration of Tk.50,000/-/tk.40,000/ along with other admissible benefits within the rules.
Management Trainee/Probationary Officer will be absorbed as First Executive Officer/Officer (General) in the regular payroll of the Bank on satisfactory completion of one (1) year Probation Period.
